BAC 5114 is one of the most difficult certifications for an airplane parts manufacturer to achieve. Manufacturing under BAC5114 ensures common environmental, mechanical and process risk factors are identified and mitigated prior to manufacture. These controls provide quality assurance verification over: operator offsets, linear/rotary inaccuracies, and variation related to temperature, tooling, and programming.
